"The manufacturer of our refrigerator did not even answer the phone in the parts department. I tried multiple times because the website noted that the part I needed is back ordered. There was no estimated time so I wanted to know if they could ever get the part. Appliance Parts Pros answered immediately. I ordered and two hours later they filled the order. I received the in stock part two days later. The other piece should arrive within two weeks.
Their prices are lower than the refrigerator manufacturer’s for the name brand parts.
I’m beyond impressed!!!!!"

"i broke the bottom left side drawer slide in the freezer, for the time being i was able to put back
the shelf sat down in the slide OK, but it is not sitting properly. i was told i would receive my drawer slide on the 2nd of February, at about 11:45 it was delivered. great service will buy from AppliancePartsPro.com in the future if i need a refrigerator or any other part for an appliance, great service"
