"I ordered parts to replace a bearing and the damping straps in a 12 year old washing machine. The parts arrived in a couple days with only one miss pick with my order. I called the company right away and received the correct part the very next day. How is that for outstanding service. Because the machine was so old and the old parts were in bad shape, I was not able to fix the problem. I called AppliancePartsPros and explained the situation and asked if I could return the parts. They replied no problem as long as they were not installed and I had the packaging. They sent me a return slip right away. What great customer service. Thank you Appliance Parts Pros.
