"Refrigerator quit making ice. We called a repair man; while waiting I found appliancepartspros.com. The site offered video instruction on how to replace a failing part (e.g., a water valve) as well as diagnostic advice. I was able to speak with an online tech during my troubleshooting. Turns out there was no part that needed replacing; the problem was a frozen "feeding tube" for the icemaker which we were able to clear. I DID order a new filter from the site because of recommendations to do so as part of preventive maintenance. Repair man cancelled - thanks so much to appliancepartspros.com!"
