"I had the model and serial numbers. When I provided those, this site gave me an exploded parts diagram which made it very easy to identify the part I needed and view a short video on how to install it. I ordered the part and received it within a few days. Followed the video instructions and had the part installed and my dishwasher working again in no time, for way less than it would have cost to have someone come out and fix it. My wife thinks I'm a genius. Thumbs up!"

"Web site is set up pretty good. The videos are a great help of finding the issue and showing how to install the parts. This company sent the part out FedX. 10 days and still not here. It sat for 2 days before it actually got out. Then sat in FedX for 3 days before it moved on. Then Sat in Chicago for 2 days. Next it got to Milwaukee where it sat for 2 hours before they decided to have USPS deliver it. IF I Knew they were going to use FedX, I would have gone else where. Went from a 5 star to a 2 because they do not realize that FedX is having major issues in shipping. They should have put it in the mail box, I'd save $5.00 and have it already. It will be 2 weeks before I get it."

"Parts pro shipped the same day I ordered from near Peoria Illinois to Hoffman estates Illinois. FedEx took the package from Peoria down to East St. Louis (about 150 miles more away from me) Where it sat for a day before bieng sent back up to the Chicago area not that that's a bid problem but FedEx said first delivery Saturday then no delivery date then Monday then no delivery date then Tuesday and finally it arrived....So Parts Pro ***** FedEx *"
