"The box my part arrived in looked like it was rolled here from china. Part was flopping around breaking up the hard foam encapsulated packaging. Little peppercorn sized debris stuck all over the oil there to protect part. Obviously re-taped with little regard for the protection of this part. Hope it works as I can't wait for a replacement."

"Finding the leak was the hard part but the intuitive help on the website led me to the items to look at which finally led me to the water distribution valve (cold). Ordered it and replaced it using phillips screwdriver, pliers and my fingers."

"After reading several experiences with dryer issues, we decided on two out of three possibilities with our dryer. The first inclination was correct and after receiving the parts (one was a thermistor for LG dryer, the other a humidity sensor), we installed the thermistor and upon using the dryer, discovered the humidity sensors were not needed. However, since the sensors were not expensive, we kept those just in case. The parts shipped very quickly; the order was accurate and the online tutorials/reviews were very helpful. "

"I was very happy with the product and how fast it was delivered. It fit and worked perfect. The only thing I would suggest is that a little more care should be given with the packaging for mail. When I received the item i noticed how loose it seemed in the box. Upon opening it, yes it was wrapped with bubble wrap but only one piece and it was very loose in box. The part has a couple of scratch marks on it but it still worked good and the marks could not be seen when tray was put into maker. other than that, VERY HAPPY with service!!! "
