"Its now been 10 days since I ordered my part from AppliancePartsPros. They sent my part via FedEx SmartPost. It's been on a nice vacation traveling around the U.S. So far it's visited 6 states and there is no telling how many more it will visit before reaching my state, Alaska, before being turned over to the USPS for final delivery. If AppliancePartsPros had just been pros in the first place and sent the part via the USPS, I would have had the part within 3 days. For this reason I give them a review of one. If it were possible to give them a lower review I would. My recommendation to anyone looking to buy appliance parts and needing them in a timely manner, use someone else. "

"I was so happy to be able to find the part for my washing machine through your company. It was an easy online order except for the delivery part. I paid the extra for FEDEX next day delivery ($23.00) and the part never showed up. If the delivery can't be accomplished, then I should NOT have had to pay that ridiculous fee. I did speak with someone online at your facility, but they told me that the couldn't control FEDEX. It is my feeling that if the company you use, can't deliver, then be up front about it. The part was $15 and the shipping was over $23 - I would NEVER have paid that fee if I knew it would take that long.
Again happy with your facility, unhappy with the delivery service and charge"
