"Ordered the parts on a Saturday and tried to pay the extra cost for shipping in a few days as I needed the parts to come in before the up coming weekend so i could work on the washer. Web site didn't allow me to pay for faster shipping, and said the package 90% of time arrives in a couple days. Package didn't arrive until 9-days later.
After receiving the package 9-days later, the UPPER BEARINGS and SEAL was missing! This very disappointing and a total rip off. Never going to purchase anything from this reseller in the future."

Like the title states, the company went Above and Beyond. I ordered too small a radiant element for my cooktop and like a dope, "Mickey Moused" it to fit as the wiring was the same. I called back Appliance Parts Pros and spoke to April. This gal is a Gem. April first helped me find the correct part I should have ordered initially. Secondly, April, assisted me in applying for and receiving a credit for the incorrect part I had ordered off the website. My mistake, NOT Appliance Parts Pros. Thanks for looking out for the little guy APP. And, Many Thanks to April for great customer service.
