"I ordered parts I needed with a two-day delivery, which was an up-charge. The parts were not delivered when promised and no refund or apology was offered, just "FedEx now says they'll deliver it tomorrow." The parts themselves were fine, although two screws were just tossed into a large cardboard box and could have easily fallen out. The company gives the impression that they really don't care about customers."
