"Needed a few more dryer parts. Found what I needed, but problems with placing order. Representative very helpful & patient; as I had price matching questions. This company has (1) yr. parts warranty, which is better than some out there. Needed to make sure my billing address was correct, so I addressed that, but ended up with duplicate order in doing so. She stayed on the line with me, informed me of duplicate order, and cancelled it for me. Followed up with email to me verifying my order, and deleting duplicate order... definitely would buy from this company in future!"
