"I made an appointment on line for a date 3 weeks away. I saw a tech on my street who, being friendly, said hello when he saw me staring at him. I was trying to figure out if I put the wrong date on my calendar fie the appointment. He looked us up and saw my job ticket and offered to take care of my problem right then and there. How nice!! He took care of the broken part and took the time to adjust our cooktop and all was taken care of. The only negative is that $225 feels like an awfully lot of money for a basic service call of (I think) 15 minutes. The tech was worth every penny - it’s just that was a LOT of pennies. "

"All igniters on my Maytag Range began firing without cause, forcing me to turn off the power. A tech suggested the spark module was bad, but also suggested a spark switch was at fault. I ordered the module but it turned out not to be the problem. I located a bad spark switch and rewired the stove to remove that switch from the igniter circuit. I again have a functional stove and oven, although I need to find a replacement igniter switch. I've completed two other repairs with this company and was completely satisfied with their service on them, but I feel they unknowingly led me in the wrong direction. I'll continue to do business with them, but will be a little more circumspect about their diagnoses. "

"The item sells for about 70.00. Ok, seems high but it pays for the excellent repair video. However, by the time the 12 .00 shipping is added (it weighs a couple of ounces), along with sales tax, now the thing costs almost 90.00. Then, along comes the shipper, FedEx. In one of their locations the package sits for about 4 days before moving on.
I think that the amount charged for shipping should provide the customer with a faster delivery"

"The parts worked well, so far. The videos suggested were not really a good choice as the appliance in the video was drastically different (my dryer is part of a laundry center, not a stand alone as shown in the video). One item was both recommended and listed as noncompatable (it worked). I liked the "tabs" where you put in your problem and potential problems were given, but the item that I needed per a multimeter test, was not listed as a potential problem. I trusted my gut, ordered the items, paid extra for fast shipping that was two days late, but my problem is solved for now."
