"I was absolutely impressed with your video on how to replace the heating element in a Samsung dryer. However, after the top and front were removed, the heating element instructions changed slightly. There were three more screws to remove than your instructions led me to believe. I had to bend metal parts in order to remove the heating element assembly. Then I had to try and bend them back the way I found them in order to properly seat the heating element during reassembly. I did have a successful heating element exchange so I am not completely blaming anyone in Appliance Pros. Samsung could've had a video for my particular model. That is why I can't support an excellent rating. The dryer is working properly so I am grateful for the video that I did watch."
