"After a recent very cold snap I discovered that the water fill valve in my washing machine had frozen and was leaking. I looked at several appliance parts vendors on-line but the Appliance Parts Pros.com was the only one that had the part I needed "in stock/ready to ship" and their price was 10-15% cheaper. Their website was easy to navigate: finding the exploded parts diagram for my washer, identifying and selecting the part for order. They shipped the same day even for a free shipping order (Next day delivery was available for a fee). I ordered on Tuesday and received the part Saturday with free shipping. It was well-packaged. I'm very pleased!"
