"I purchased a part for my refrigerator. It cost about $130 plus shipping. They sent the wrong part. I returned the part in perfect condition, same packaging, never used or even taken completely out of the box and I paid for shipping. After several weeks of waiting for my refund, they only credited me $25. No explanation was given for the very low partial refund. Not what I call good customer service. Just be aware that their return policy is not user friendly and not as advertised. "

"My part was defective and was refunded. But as I have used 2 different cards for orders my refund should have been applied to last card I used. Or at the very least I should have been asked which card I wanted refund applied to. The refund was applied to wrong card with no apology. Their policy is to refund to the account that placed the order. As there were two the last one used should have gotten the refund. Really uncomplicated. "
