"Do NOT trust this company. I researched several vendors, and Appliance Parts Pros GUARENTEED shipment the same day! FIVE days later, and all that has happened is that a shipping label was printed at 6:07 p.m.
The website states an average 1.7 days for delivery. This is a complete lie!
I could have bought the items I needed and had them in had from several other vendors.
I highly recommend you use an alternative vendor! This place is garbage."

"Poor delivery time. ordered on 8-22-20 and as of 8-31 still have not received my order. Shipped from Louisville, KY on 8-24 I live just 100 miles from there, my order has been all the way to Georgia not sure when it will arrive tracking won't give a delivery date"

"I placed an order for a capacitor and paid extra for fast delivery. In two days the package was delivered but it was the wrong part. It was a small plumbing part that was not even close to what I ordered. I called in and talked to Vickie and she took care of my problem by sending me the right part. Not only did it come in correct but in two days from the time I called her. While I was initially not happy to get the wrong part, Vickie represented the Company very well and made me a satisfied customer.
