"I love this service it is the easiest place to find and order parts from. they have had parts for every aging appliance I have from refrigerators to dish washers and Clothes dries. The have GREAT instruction videos, Free technical service help online and on the phone. They can help diagnose your problem and recommend the correct parts. I will never look anywhere else for parts again. Their prices are just a bit higher then other locations, but these guys out class them all.

"Sent me the wrong part. Tried to return and they refused to ship it per their own terms that say if they send the wrong part, they will pay return shipping.
So then they called me on the phone and said "Samsung sent US the wrong part, so Appliance Parts Pros isn't responsible."
