"Great experience over phone to determine part and to verify if it was compatible. Bad experience with circuit board being shipped by snell mail USPS. Item arrived in seven days and was broken. Contacted Appliance Parts and provided pictures of damaged product a new one was on the way within the hour. The new one was also sent USPS but did arrive intact-still took six days. "

"I ordered a part for my LG stove. I confirmed the part with their representative and placed the order. The part arrived very quickly (2-3 days from when I placed the order). It was easy to install, unfortunately when I installed it, I noticed that the part was not a perfect fit. There is a small lip that is bends around from the front and top to the side. On the original it is 9/16” and on the new replacement it is 1/4”. I contacted AppliancePartsPro.com. They verified that I received the correct part and they shipped me another cover to make sure it was the correct part. He also explained that while the parts they ship are original from LG, sometimes there are changes that LG makes to their replacement parts. When the second cover arrived I could see that it had the same issue as the first. I contacted AppliancePartsPro again and the emailed me a return shipping label. Apparently, LG changes my part and this is what I have to live with. The selller did everything they could to rectify the situation including offering to return the part despite it having been installed on my stove. I would not hesitate to buy from them the next time.
