"I uses the chat feature and got a response immediately and got the info in less than 1 minute. Customer service offered to order it for me. It was already in my basket and with the quick verification on the freezer gasket color. I ordered and received the gasket in a couple of days. The gasket comes folded in half but the instructions to eliminate creases worked but I would recommend flat backing it to eliminate having to fold at least the Top mount freezer Gaskets. It was easy to install and now I am back to ice cream! Once again efficient customer service. Hopefully I won’t need parts for my appliances but if I do, I know Appliance Parts Pro has my back. I strongly recommend this company!"
