"The parts were in stock and worked perfectly. I also liked the short video that explained how to replace the parts on my LG front load washer. My only complaint was shipping. 2 parts came from different warehouses. One used fed ex and arrived the next day! The other used USPS and it took over a week for the part to arrive. "

"glued tags need to be on a string and not on the element, i did not want to use chemicals to clean the glue off if you don't have knowledge or tricks you may have smoke coming out of your oven.
But it is wonderful having my oven cooking again. I will recommend you to others"
