"I ordered a door lock switch For a front load washing machine which came in and worked fine and I ordered a dryer lint filter which is not OEM but rather a cheap imitation that does not fit as well as the original and is poorly made yet they charged me top dollar, not happy about that ,furthermore I paid for expedited shipping and was told it would ship the same day in fact shipped four days later so much for expedited shipping and received it two or three days after that"

"Purchased a control board from them to fix my washing machine. Unfortunately discovered the actual problem was the transmission in the washing machine so had to return the part. It was the correct part at a very good price but I ended up not needing to install it. They have a great return policy and was very easy to do.
