"Ordered a refrigerator gasket , door spacer and some washers. Not too hard or much at all. The shipment was delivered in the original gasket box which has a huge opening in the middle naturally. Gasket hanging out and other parts missing. Called to get other parts resent. Spacer being sent but washers on back order. This could've been avoided with a little more care with the first shipment and how it was packaged. By the way the customer service ladies have been very calm and nice. Thats a plus. Hopefully I get to update this rating to at least 3/4 stars."
