"I like to do home repairs when I can. I hate to pay someone 90 dollars for the privilege of having them decorate my driveway with their truck plus parts and labor. So I was anxious to replace the broken refrigerator crisper front support that I broke accidentally. Getting the part was not particularly difficult once I found this site. It helped me find the part and then check to make sure it was the right one. Best of all was John in the site video showing how to remove the stub of the broken one and install the new one. I would have either given up in frustration or damaged the refrigerator liner if I had not seen what to do with the hidden pin. The video alone was worth the price I paid for the part and shipping."
