"The only reason I didn't give this review 5 stars is because the price for the part I purchased 2 years ago was 1.5 times more than it was 2 years ago, $144.71 vs. $211.30 with tax. And while prices are often dictated by the manufacturer, I found this same item for around the same price I paid 2 years ago (about $145). I still bought it from AppliancePartsPro because I trust that what I'm buying is exactly what the picture looks like and is from the manufacturer of my appliance. This was an ice maker unit. Unfortunately, in this case I had to buy the entire unit to get the part I needed because it isn't provided separately. Otherwise, my experience is always great buying from this company. I highly recommend using them. "

"I had to order not one, but two, lint filters for my washer. Over time the mesh pulls away, which hurts as I scrape off the lint, & then it becomes difficult to remove lint. But the ordering process was super-easy, the filters were delivered promptly, and I only hope that I'll be able to keep them for a least two more years.

"I ordered a set of tines for my dishwasher. The website showed a picture of the set that included two tine rows. In the question and answer portion of the website it had the following: Question: How many tines come in a package? The picture shows two rows. Answer: Kit part number W10727426 comes as a set and will include two tine rows. The video on the website showed the repairman opening a package with two tine rows. When I got my part, it only had one tine row. I called the number on the website and was told that the wait time was 15 minutes, but that I could use email to solve my problem. I sent in an email and got the reply that this was a manufacturer's problem, and that AppliancePartsPros.com could not help me. I got back on the phone and eventually reached someone who helped me, but the whole experience took hours of my time. I should have just called a repairman."
