"I googled the issue as we all do now and found I needed a switch harness. Appliance Parts was the only company that had the part in stock. Ordered and 5 days later, came in from Texas, I am in Florida. Changed out harness and still had an issue with spark. Got on line chat with Sydnie and was quick to determine the issue and explained what was needed. She, I assume from name, checked on part, was in stock, placed order for me in a matter of minutes. Part came from their Jacksonville depot and basically was overnight. Replace spark control block and all is working perfect. Great service and support. "

"Take it EASY! Unplug appliance, remove racks, unscrew mount. pull out until wires are exposed, disconnect from element and make sure wires are securely exposed. Connect to new element and remount. Place racks back in and plug back in, ROCK n' ROLL!"
