They did what they said!

"I took what I felt like was a risk by not ordering from Amazon (as much as I love the convenience, I've been trying to do better by ordering from smaller companies...Amazon is really not great for smaller businesses). Even though I paid more in shipping costs, the lower product cost here more than made up for it. I saved about 33% by ordering from AppliancePartsPros.com, all in, including shipping (even with having AmazonPrime). The part came when they said it would and it worked like they said it should...I think that's really good (see what I did there, haha). I would order from here again in a heartbeat. "

"What is shown on the website isn't what they sent. Suggest you ensure the item matches the photo before they send it, or make sure they explain to you *ahead of time* if & why they will be sending something different. "

If you used your model number for your appliance to look up the part, then per the manufacturer's recommendations, this should be the correct part for your appliance. Manufacturers are always changing part designs so that they will be compatible with the greatest number of appliances, so parts don't always look exactly like their product photos. "Don't be fooled by "Hassle Free" Return Policy

I purchased parts for a GE appliance that I ended up not needing. When I place the order on the website, I saw that they advertise a "Hassle Free" Return Policy. I returned the products and days later I receive an email that I was not going to receive credit for one of the parts because it had been "installed". The part was in perfect condition and fully operable. I asked to have the part returned to me since I was not going to receive credit, and I was told that the part was thrown away and would not be returned to me. Their "Hassle Free" claim is deceptive.

“The Returns section of our website (https://www.appliancepartspros.com/customerservice/returns.aspx) states: "Parts must be in new, resalable condition. All gas and electrical parts must not have been installed. Returned items that have been installed will not be returned to customer."

Additionally, the bottom of the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form that was printed out and included with the return also states: "Enclose this form with your return. Please, make sure your return is securely packaged in its original or compatible packaging. Parts must be in resalable condition. All gas and electrical parts must not have been installed. Returned items that have been installed will not be returned to customer."

However, as a courtesy, we have issued the customer a refund in the amount of $188.31 for order # 10818773. That should process back to the account used to place the order in 3 - 5 business days.

"The web site was crucial. I needed a new timer for my washing machine but there are different timers for different models of machines. All I needed to do was enter in my model number and I was directed to the proper part. Now my machine is working like new."

Oven works now!

"Our electric oven stopped working half way through cooking Thanksgiving dinner. (Luckily it was just me and my wife.) With help from YouTube, I found that it needed both the control panel and lower oven heating element. Found the parts I needed on AppliancePartsPros web page, ordered them, and they arrived within a few days. Installation was fairly easy and the oven works again. "
