"Had A dishwasher dumping water on the floor. Looked it up. There was a video on exactly how to fix it. Ordered the part. The part showed up late the next day. Works great now. I did look up the part on other sites. The cost was a LOT more and shipping was up to a week to get the part. You can check around but you will end up back at this site. Great Service, great prices and fast shipping."

"I needed to replace an ageing silverware basket in our home dishwasher. I went to Appliance PartsPros.com, entered the machine model number and selected the basket from their list. I then entered my personal information, paid for the item and clicked "send." The part was delivered, installed in a second and all is well.I recommend this company highly. The part was delivered a day later than was promised, but that was NOT the fault of ApplianceParts Pros. Fedex stated in the package tracking section that "Unable to deliver/Customer Not Available/Business Closed." This is a private residence and yes we were home all day and no attempt was made to deliver. The cameras tell the truth. I called Fedex to complain and never heard back from them. (No wonder why Amazon dumped them as their shipper.) I repeat that this was not the fault of AppliancePartsPros! Thanks again to the Pros and I will be back when something is needed."

When you order appliance parts, it's important to search using your appliance's model number. This will bring up a list of parts that is compatible with your appliance. Searching using the brand and dimensions isn't guaranteed to get you a compatible part, because it still may not be shaped correctly. For example, we have hundreds of different Maytag crisper drawers, and they aren't interchangeable. I have located the one that is guaranteed to fit your appliance based on the model number, and we would be happy to place that order for you, if you like.
