"Purchased replacement drum seal and belt for Electrolux front load washer. Video provided for replacement of this part (deep inside washer) was top notch and the parts were perfect and affordable. Actually was replacing drum bearings - so went deeper than video, but this got me close enough. Without this support (and the bearings from another source), the washer would likely have to be replaced at a cost of $1000. Very happy"

"I had our 2.5 year old Frigidaire Gallery Series Refrigerator/freezer serviced about 3 months ago because the freezer was warm and the fan was not running. The tech that came out said it was the fan and it would be $350 to replace it. Cheaper than a new one, so I had him do it. Fast forward 2 months and a week... freezer was warm again. After successfully repairing my front-loading washing machine by watching the video on AppliancePartsPros.com, I felt pretty confident about the freezer situation. I narrowed it down to 2 possible problems, 1) bad capacitor on the compressor (it wasn't ever running) and 2) the defrost thermostat (ice build-up on the coils and the freezer was warm). So, since both parts were less than $50 total, I decided to replace both parts. Freezer is now -4 degrees and the unit is running perfectly (except for the terrible digital display leds, horrible design quality). I probably saved over $400 having someone come and repair it. AppliancePartsPros.com videos, parts availability and free shipping is stupendous. Thanks for the great service."
