"The parts illustration and videos on hand experience were great. I wish they would include how to test the old parts to see if they're good or bad so I wouldn't have to order good parts...other than that the service and delivery were great. The first two
parts I ordered took four days to get them, but after that I ordered one part in the afternoon and it was home the following day. I did it twice and made my job easier cause I thought I was going to wait a couple of weeks."

The same way you would order parts for a specific make, model, and year of a vehicle, you have to use your appliance's model number to get compatible parts for your appliance. When you try to locate parts based on dimensions, they may still not be the correct shape. The last part was correct because you gave Sydnie your model number and she was able to look up the parts lists for your appliance and recommend the compatible part. We also waived shipping as a courtesy on this last order. If you return the other parts to us, we will be glad to refund you for them. I apologize for the confusion.
