"Needed to refrigerator door gasket. Since I had the model number, it was easy to find the correct parts manual. The exploded graphics was labeled and I was able to scroll down and get the exact part. I ordered on Thanksgiving day and it was delivered the next day - which was a surprise since I did not pay for next day delivery. Can't complain though.
The only problem I had was that it was difficult to read some of the graphics of the parts manual. The image was on a grid so it was hard to read. However, I realize AppliancePartsPros is just scanning the manual. They could scan at a higher resolution which would probably help."

"Replaced burned out element in DW. Easy. Videos you make help a lot. Box the element came in was a little beat up and the element itself was a bit bent. Contacts were bent too. Straightened the contacts and did a continuity test before I installed it to be sure I had a good working element. Continuity checked out so I then went ahead and did my best to straighten it out, which turned out to be less of a problem than I thought it would be. I have not yet had a chance to use the DW as I live alone and it takes awhile for me to dirty enough dishes to fill it up. I had been doing dishes by hand until I could get the part replaced. So I am anxious to see if it works and without leaking around the seals."

"This is my second order for parts for my aging Bosch over the stove microwave. I guess the environment above the stove is tough on those plastic parts that seem to become brittle and break before their time. When the first part broke, I thought I was looking at replacing the entire microwave, but with really fast shipping, my microwave was repaired in less than a week. The second time a part broke, I knew right where to go for the new part. Once again, fast shipping and back in business in a few days. Their diagrams make ordering the right part a piece of cake.
