"Shipping was prompt. I had to heat a few kinks in the seal with a hair dryer to flatten out the seal. Otherwise seal was a perfect fit and took about 45 minutes to install with a few adjustments. Tip, I coated the seal with a thin coat of petroleum jelly after installation to make an air tight fit when door is closed. Very satisfied with product."

I'm probably going to order a drum for my front-loader because I had a good experience with them on some smaller parts even though the cost is going to be about 10% more than the cheapest site I could find it on."

"I normally give Appliance Parts Pros five starts but knocked it down to four due to delivery issues not due their fault. My experience has been next day and occasionally two days with normal deliver. I paid a few bucks extra to get a little better delivery since it was urgent. I would have been satisfied with 1-2 days but it took 3 days and it was sent out Priority 2 day delivery. They processed the order very quickly but the U.S. Postal Service dropped the ball on this one. No real big deal until I asked for them to at least not charge me the extra shipping expense. They refused since they said they were technically in the window. However, when you order the parts, they claim to meet 1-2 days and that has been my past experience. Will I order from them again? Mostly likely but if you need sooner, you may look elsewhere."
