"I ordered a handle for the freezer of my LG refrigerator. I had the part # & the picture online showed the exact handle I needed. I ordered the part in black . It arrived in a timely fashion, but when I opened the package, the handle was not the one I ordered & it was the wrong color. I immediately called to report the incorrect part. I got a RA#, but was told I had to pay shipping. The error was theirs not mine. They did say that LG no longer made that handle. I resent having to pay shipping for their error.

"Ordered part in a Sunday and had it by Tuesday. The replacement washer drain pump was an exact replacement/fit. Only challenge had to do with tricky OEM hose clamps but patience and exhaling got the job done in 20 minutes. Washer back in business. The package also arrived when promised. "
