"Needed to replace a heating element in an older dryer. Not only were they able to help with schematics and the correct part, the video showing where and how to replace the part were well done. Their shipping department was very responsive and after placing the order on a Wednesday night, the part arrived a day early on Friday (instead of the anticipated Saturday USPS delivery). Because of them, I was able to repair the dryer myself in under 20 minutes for less than $80. "
