"I entered the model number and was sent to an agitator kit and I ordered it. The agitator bolt was rusty and needed to be replaced. I again entered the model number and it said the bolt was a 5/16 but it isn't. After my husband tried a 5/16 and a 7/16 (like in the repair video) he thought the bolt had been damaged. The bolt came right out when he put a 10 mm socket on it! To make a long story short, the agitator kit was the right one I needed but the bolt was NOT the right size according to the model number. Hopefully this will help someone else."

"I really did appreciate the part and how to videos to replace my heating element in my dishwasher, however the heating element came in a box with both end sticking out. One side was bent, no surprise since it was shipped sticking out. Luckily it did still work, but in the future you should probably cover the ends so they don't work their way through the cardboard and stick out. Next time it might ruin the part. "

"Part was accurate, fit perfectly, and was delivered in a timely manner.
The part was a mounting bracket for an oven broiler. The part is held in place by two sheet metal screws, the original screws had deteriorated as much as the old bracket had. I was disappointed that the new bracket didn’t come with two new screws! I was able to get proper new screws at the local hardware store for 18¢."
