"I received the thermo probe very quickly. I ordered the replacement thinking that was the problem with my oven. Unfortunately, that didn't solve the problem and I have been hesitant to call for service because I anticipate a huge bill. I would like to return the probe for credit, but I don't know if that is possible."

First off the website is such that I was able to confirm my part myself, then get the order questions asked from a real, honest-to-goodness, live and pleasant human being! AND, I didn't have to wait half a day for MAYBE a return call. Also, when I failed to remove a part number that we had determined was no longer available from my order, they gave me a call to let me know and adjust my sell total on my credit card.
