"had to pay returned shipping plus shipping on order , customer service said I ordered the wrong part but I am 100% sure I gave them the right numbers I am very unhappy with the service there have to be a more customer friendly product. if the next shipment is as bad as this one I will make sure not to take this route again have done electronics repair since 1958 and this is the worse problem I ever had."
