"Our GE Sensi-Temp stove is OLD...O-L-D. We were able to provide the model and serial numbers. The two ladies that looked for us did a lot of searching, but an exact match couldn't be found. We opted for the closest match to our model. The sensi-temp element was discontinued so we just ordered the drip pans, hoping they'd be deep enough. The drip pans arrived and looked to be the same as others, and sure enough...they were also too shallow. We had to send them back. I chatted with someone who immediately emailed a return authorization (we paid to ship them back, but there is no restocking fee). Everyone we dealt with from beginning to end bent over backward to help us. It seems that we'll eventually have to get a new stove...when the other working burners die."
