"I looked on line to find out why by refrigerator was only dispensing crushed ice and found several sites that said the dispenser solenoid controls the cubed ice or crushed ice settings.
I went to Appliance Parts Pros and easily found the part based on the diagrams on the website. I placed the order and followed the installation video which was excellent. It took me 20 minutes and I am sure I saved a least $100 plus dollars by doing this myself.
The part arrived in a few days and I really think Appliance Parts Pros is a top notch company."

"Ordered on the 4th and paid upgrade shipping. Received on the 8th, broken. Poor packaging for fragile ignitor. Never received email invoice or shipping info.
Did receive this rating survey via email. As of the 13th have not received replacement part. Four calls, very nice customer service person, but no help with email issues except for this survey. I will get over it and move on."
