"I read all the reviews before placing my order, and most people were praising them about their fast shipping so I decided to order from "AppliancePartsPros" although I found the item significantly cheaper on another site. In their defense they did offer various shipping options but after reading the great reviews I opted for the standard shipping. The order was placed on a Saturday and I was happy to get an email that the order had shipped the following Monday morning. It had a tracking number which I kept checking and nothing actually arrived at FedEx until late Wednesday evening. I am writing this review because I received an email today asking for me to rate my experience. This is 8 days after placing my order and nothing has arrived yet. The tracking number shows the item to come next Tuesday or Wednesday. That will be 11 or 12 days so if you need your part fast, opt for the faster shipping or shop elsewhere..."

"I ordered with them, because they said the items were in stock. Turns out they were not in stock and were received in multiple shipments over 10 days or so. This caused a delay in the repair. I also could have gotten the items cheaper elsewhere, and waited, like I had to with AppliancePartsPro. The whole reason I ordered with them was to get everything at once.
I can't stand the bait and switch to get a sale. They tried to tell me that they sold out at the very same I placed the order. The item I ordered is for a 20 year old appliance, I doubt there was suddenly a mad rush on a tiny piece for it. Whatever, they just lost a customer, One and Done !!!"

"Even though I gave model number (I checked twice) the wrong part was sent. The wiring harness did not match, the mounting did not match and the length of the fan shaft was too long. Clearly the wrong part."
