"I ordered a replacement adjuster kit for my Kitchenaid dishwasher to fix broken rollers for teh cup/glass tray. The package arrived without instructions for installation (factory fault, no Appliance Parts Pros) and i asked for help via their online chat feature on a Saturday. Gaye was able to provide me an electronic copy and also recommended a YouTube video that helped as well. I was able to remove the broken parts and replace with the new kit. I appreciate the service and help. I've ordered parts from this company before and they always deliver when promised, and cheerfully accept returns when necessary."

"Although I ordered the wrong part for my older-model stove/oven, it was totally my fault, as I had copied the wrong Model # from my stove, and my husband and I misidentified the part (broiler element) we needed. I have returned the part for a refund. Returning was easy, but I had to pay shipping costs, since it was my fault for getting the wrong order. Several e-mails between me and different customer service representatives were sent, and I did find all customer service people at AppliancePartsPros to be knowledgeable and courteous. They were very helpful and always responded promptly to my messages. While I was eventually able to locate the part I needed locally at a lower cost with no shipping, I must compliment the way customer service at AppliancePartsPros handled my situation."
