"I had to order a part three times to finally get the order placed. I am not certain if the problem was with AppliancePartPros or PayPal but the state was not crossing over from PayPay and the order had to be canceled twice. I eventually ordered the part by having to enter my payment information directly into the website instead of using PayPal which I preferred.
FOLLOW-UP: -
I received a reply to the message above from AppliancePartPros. The Rep. indicated I should contact their customer service department if I incur problems with orders in the future. I did contact them by phone when I experienced the issues above but the personnel I spoke to were not very helpful. They simply mentioned they would have to cancel the order and I would have to place a new order. The last person was willing to place the order for me but I would have had to give her my credit card information directly which I was not willing to to. All is good though. The part should arrive tomorrow and I am sure I will be happy with it. "
