"This would be a five start rating except FedEx is taking way longer than promised to deliver. I paid extra for the five day delivery and it we are at eight days. There is no updated tracking information from FedEx since the 4th of January. I could have driven across the three states and picked up the parts and been back by now and have my dryer up and running. Federal Express ****!! and it is hurting a really good company like this one. I'm writing a review and I still don't have my parts thanks to Fed Ex. Don't use FedEx. "
