"The first bearing/seal kit came quickly, but the kit was missing the tube seal for a Maytag Bravos washing machine. I contacted applinceparts.com and I had a second bearing seal kit within two days, and all of the parts were in the kit. The video explained exactly how to replace the bearings & seal, and the washer is back running 100%. I'm a bit handy working on things, but I do believe a novice could perform this kind of repair to a washer, without a problem. Thanks applianceparts.com!!"

"Ordered a door handle for a Samsung SMH1713S microwave. They sent a handle that was a half inch too short. Called customer service for a return, the rep. said it appeared to be the right handle. I told her I wanted a refund, not to send another handle. She told me they would refund the price of the part only, not the shipping cost. Plus I had to pay to ship it back...Still waiting for me refund to be posted to my credit card account.
