PROS:
- easy to find parts

- fast economy shipping
- after some phone calls, company provided correct parts for free (see below)
- expansive hours for phone support
CONS:
- some parts provided were incorrect
- repair instructional videos use different parts than those shipped
- poor quality on some components, in particular screws"
