"Ordered parts for a gas range. Description clearly said two components would arrive. Only one arrived and it was poorly packaged. Looked like it was a part from someone's garage who stuck it in a box and wrapped one piece of used bubble wrap around it. When I called I learned this company is only a middleman and reps parts from all over. It appears to me that they may not do a very good job vetting their suppliers, yet they will still post parts and say they are available on their website. I have yet to get the "new" duo pack I ordered two weeks ago. Good thing I paid with a service that I can share this experience with."
