"We have had issues with the dryer for some time. Not heating on normal setting only on timed settings. This past Sat. it stopped drying all together. Still ran but no heat. When ordering parts, past experience with repairs, it was suggested other order also added a couple additional parts. After watching the videos on repairing each item purchased it was clear ALL parts can be responsible for the lack of heat or proper workings of the Samsung dryer. When I opened the front of the dryer the lint was 4.5" deep and tapered to 1.5 inches at the back of dryer. The heating unit was black/brown from almost catching fire. While watching the video I realized the drum had been installed backwards from what the video was showing. Also the heating unit was bent away from the opening at the back of the dryer. We will now never leave the dryer running and leave the house. As for the videos showing repairs the were EXCELLENT. Total time to disassemble the unit, change all parts and reassemble would have taken an hour or so. But having to clean out the dryer of all lent, blow out with air hose and wipe down everything, it took us approximately 3 hrs. The web site is easy to locate the Brand and model and parts needed. Shipping was as stated, ordered Saturday PM and arrived Monday PM. Thank you for the help and saving us money. "
