"My 3.5 yr old samsung washer was leaking at the bottom. My options were to commit to repair for at least half the price of the washer or purchase a new washer. Appliancepartspros videos motivated me to open my washer. I found that the tube connected to the water level switch was disconnected. I reconnected it and realized that the machine would overfill and overflow suggesting that the water level switch was at fault. I replaced it. It was an easy repair and when in doubt the videos at their website were very helpful. The parts were at the same cost as other popular appliance/hardware chains. I purchased from Appliancepartspros as my payback/thanks for the videos. Of course the part was delivered quickly and my washer is now functioning fine. Will definitely use them again and recommend their videos for DIY repairs"

"I did not receive a screw that should have been included in my package. I used a weak substitute that may not last long! Very disappointing from a Parts Pro company!!"
