"I ordered the tensioning pully for the dryer. When it came in, I put in on and now its working great. I initially thought I had signed up for a extended warranty on my Samsung washer and dryer, but when I called Warrantech ( the company who called me for an extended warranty a few months ago) for service, I was told I did not have a extended warranty even though I told them I had the charge on my credit card that said I paid for it. After speaking to 5 different groups, Warrantech finally found my extended warranty, but it was just for the washer only. I bought the washer and dryer at the same time from HH Greg. When Warrantech called because my warranty was going to expire, it was not mentioned by the sales person was trying to get my business that this was just for the washer only. While waiting to hear from Warrantech upper management to get their decision on the matter, I decided to fix it myself. I order the part, received the part,installed the part and have been using the dryer for three days and I still haven't heard anything from the "extended warranty sales personnel". Thanks for you assistance."
