"Website was easy to use. Looked up my appliance a found the needed parts. I needed front wheels for my refrigerator. As I was about to add the parts to my cart, the website 'suggested' other frequently purchased items. One of the suggested items was the rear wheels. I got a little confused and selected the rear wheels instead of the front wheels. I received the items that i ordered in the expected time and at the expected price. Parts were genuine Whirlpool parts in new condition. Everything went well except for getting the wrong part. I am reordering the correct part from Appliance Parts Pros and returning the incorrect item. I would recommend the company just be careful when the website tries to 'help' you."
