I was concerned it would take forever to get the broken part replaced. I was wrong! One phone call with a short wait time and the agent on the other end of the call spoke English. "Ordered a new Mullion to replace my original because of a broken spring. After installing the new part, I realized it was defective because it would not spring out enough to create a seal for the door. After finding the same part locally, I sent the part back for a refund which I was told they wouldn't offer a refund because I already installed it. Sad customer service."
