She provided excellent troubleshooting advice, the probable causes of the problem, and the necessary solution. She was spot on with her assessment. Later that night (approx. 11 PM), I ordered the part needed (bake element). It shipped the next day, and it was delivered the following day (standard shipping). In 48 hours, my oven was working better than ever. The part was less expensive than other web sites, and I saved a lot of money from avoiding a service call. A+
