"I have seen all of the horrible post about this company but my experience was much different.I ordered my dishwasher part online and saw that I had actually purchased two on accident,I called the customer service line and the gentleman told me not to worry he would refund the difference and my part was being shipped.True enough my money was refunded quickly and my part arrived just as promised.I will definitely use this company again for any future appliance part purchasing !

"I had horrible customer service and experience with this company. I ordered a product which correlated exactly to the model number on the knobs of my stove since they broke. There was no further information on the product so I tried to reach out to get further information. After emailing them, I got a response that if the model numbers correlated I was good to go. Upon receiving the product we realized there was a differing series number on this specific model number that was not detailed anywhere in the description of the product. I reached out to the company to process a refund, they then stated there was a 10% restocking fee and I was responsible for return shipping..... The only way I could get the restocking fee waived was if I ordered the correct product (which the company didn't have available thereby making it impossible). However upon reaching out to the company Leesa from returns stated over email that "They (the manufacturer) do not supply us with series numbers. You were sent what you ordered" This is very much a case of false advertising as it is not the fault of the consumer if not enough information was provided and I feel like the company should be help responsible not the consumer .... Over email I was given the number and name of a supervisor, Mitch, however the number was just the same number as their general customer service number and the extension she gave me did not exist. Nonetheless, I tried to call their customer support number at least 20 times and no one ever answered and now it appears their number "is no longer available".
I responded yet again on email voicing my concern and asking if this issue could be resolved. Still no response about half a month later.
Just warning anyone out there, order your products elsewhere!

"Do not... do not order from this company. I wasn't sure which bottom replacement tray to order for my GE Dishwasher. I communicated via Chat with a rep and provided my dishwasher model I was then advised which appliance replacement part I should order, ordered it and paid the $120.94. The new bottom tray arrived. Not only was it the wrong color, but the tray didn't fit in the dishwasher. I couldn't close the dishwasher door, as the tray was too big. I communicated again via Chat and was told that it wasn't their fault that the wrong color had been ordered, and that I should have told them I needed grey, not black. Also, when I communicated that the new bottom tray was too big, the rep said that I had been advised the correct model to order. I asked for a return label to return the tray, as the cost would be $80.00 to return. I was told that it wasn't their fault that the new tray didn't work and that no return shipping label would be issued. I also asked who I could communicate with this issue further, and was told that no matter who I dealt with, be it e-mail, or phone, or Chat that a return label would not be issued. And also what is concerning is that the company doesn't answer its' phone calls, nor return phone calls, as I had tried on 3 previous occasions to speak with someone and ultimately had left 3 voice mails. TERRIBLE COMPANY... "
"I ordered some dishwasher anchors from them that were listed as "in Stock" paid through my pay pal account and waited for what should have been a week to get them (or less) as the shipping was more than the parts cost. We're talking an ounce here express USPS would have been less and faster. After 10 days of no package I reached out to find out what was going on. Only to be told that the parts had just arrived (from the shelf?) and were on the shipping's table to be sent out. I said OK as long as I get them in the next week no problem. Week goes by no parts. Reach out again and same line your parts are on the shipping table to be shipped. I told them. No cancel the order. They then tell me it will take 2-3 business days. I reached out to PayPal about this. Lousy customer service, misleading parts info and no willingness to own the problem or move to correct it in a timely fashion."

"Ordered the part for my washing machine. They sent me the wrong part. They never picked up the phone. They asked me to send it back to them and only there after will they send me the right part. DO NOT rely on the information from them - they keep referring me to "technicians" (they don't have any) or YouTube. Who does that? Presumably, the '365' in the name is the days of the year, not the number of tries it takes to get the correct part from them. "regarding order 673958. i ordered a washing machine part 49tyz-110 and instead received 49tyz-A2 part which is not the correct part. It appeared to be used & not new and had no date stamped on it. I did not receive a bill of sale. Appliance Parts 365 insists the part sent is the correct part. NO,IT IS NOT. I did return the incorrect part and received a refund for the part only. Appliance Parts 365 will not compensate me for shipping to me the wrong part at a cost of $7.95 to me and i paying $4.90 to return it. mary kieffer

Through great patience and determination Leesa was ultimately my saving grace and came through with all the help I needed. From the support of insuring I received the correct part to the customer service of ordering and the follow up afterwards. This wonderful lady deserves a raise!!! "The parts I ordered we listed a s in stock but it to them a week to ship out? The only reasoning ordered them from here was because they had them in stock when others didn't. That was a huge mistake. This is the last orderer I will place through Appliance Parts 365!"
